ONE HEAD, MANY VOICES

That Little Voice in my head.

Bringing me down every time I try to rise above.

Doubting my decisions every time I feel I got it right.

Judging myself every time I feel good about me.

That Little Voice.

Pushing me down, down and out.

What do I do? How long can I fight you?

There is only so much I can push through..

And so, I breathe..

Long, deep, slow breaths.

Breathe..

Slowly, a breath at a time.

Slowing me, slowing time, taking it easy.

And overcome I will!
