The BorakMINDA Podcast is a dedicated platform aimed at educating the public and promoting a deeper understanding of mental health, neurodiversity, disabilities, and human rights. Our podcast features insightful interviews with healthcare practitioners and heartfelt personal stories shared by individuals with lived experiences.

To ensure accessibility and reach a wider audience, we use a mix of languages, specifically Bahasa Melayu and English, making the information more inclusive and easier to comprehend for everyone.

Our comprehensive training program is designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to make a significant difference in their own lives and the community. Our experienced trainers will guide the participants through interactive discussion, combining theory and practical exercises for various topics, including:
