Mental Health @ Workplace

Thank you for attending this event. You are requested to fill out the screening forms to measure the following:

  • Stress: Using the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS)
  • Burnout: Using the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI)

It will take around 5 minutes to complete the questionnaires. Please discuss your results with our on-site therapist to understand your scores and discover ways to manage your stress and burnout.

All the data remains anonymous. We will not be asking for any identifiable information. The scores may be shared with your employer to help improve your working environment.
