Therapy, also known as counselling or psychotherapy, is a collaborative process to address various mental health concerns such as family, relationships, career, mental mental illnesses, mental health and more.
Psychological Assessment is a clinical evaluation aimed at diagnosing and providing clinical recommendations. You are required to attend a 1.5-hour clinical interview to determine the most suitable assessment.
