The Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS) is a screening tool consisting of 21 questions designed to measure and assess emotional states related to depression, anxiety, and stress.

Please read each statement and select an answer that indicates how much the statement applied to you over the past week. There are no right or wrong answers. If you feel you need to talk to our mental health professionals, we are here for you.
