Jen is passionate about the accessibility of mental health services within rural and urban Malaysia, and believes that everyone deserves the chance to flourish in safe spaces.
She has worked together with children, youth and adults to reduce distress and improve psychological well-being through being supportive, empathetic and collaborative.
She has experience in conducting psychological assessments and screenings among diverse populations, and believes it to be of great importance in order to formulate individualised treatment plans.
Jen holds a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from HELP University and is currently pursuing Masters in Clinical Psychology in UCSI University.

Ummu is a positive and driven individual with vast experience in the mental health industry. She is deeply passionate and committed to providing holistic, comprehensive, client-centered treatment and care to adult and children patients.
Ummu posses experience navigating cases involving patients from diverse backgrounds and has been trained to tailor treatments client’s needs. She is committed to serving through the administration of assessments, diagnosis evaluation, and implementation of treatment, for their mental health issues. She is experienced in collaborating with other multidisciplinary teams to ensure patients are supported wholly.
Ummu holds a Bachelors of Human Sciences (Psychology) from International Islamic University Malaysia and Masters of Clinical Psychology Status from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) .
She uses Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy in her sessions.

Pei Lim journeys with individuals during uncertain and challenging times. She is dedicated to therapeutically supporting individuals and young adults in their unique concerns (particularly on relationship with self, others and emotions) one conversation at a time; one person at a time.
Pei Lim had worked with individuals and groups on developing their capacity to address and prevent child sexual abuse via workshops and case management, which paves the way for her to support individuals afflicted by trauma as a counsellor.
Additionally, she also works in the healthcare access field in which she supports patients diagnosed with cancer to have better access to affordable healthcare treatment. Both her work in the mental health and healthcare access field enables her to have a deeper appreciation of the poignancy, wonder and meaning of living, dying and loss.
