Jen is passionate about the accessibility of mental health services within rural and urban Malaysia, and believes that everyone deserves the chance to flourish in safe spaces.
She has worked together with children, youth and adults to reduce distress and improve psychological well-being through being supportive, empathetic and collaborative.
She has experience in conducting psychological assessments and screenings among diverse populations, and believes it to be of great importance in order to formulate individualised treatment plans.
Jen holds a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from HELP University and is currently pursuing Masters in Clinical Psychology in UCSI University.
She uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Person-Centred Therapy in her session. She speaks English.
Ummu Nazra Nadzam
Everyone needs a little help and a little hope sometimes.
Ummu is a positive and driven individual with vast experience in the mental health industry. She is deeply passionate and committed to providing holistic, comprehensive, client-centered treatment and care to adult and children patients.
Ummu posses experience navigating cases involving patients from diverse backgrounds and has been trained to tailor treatments client’s needs. She is committed to serving through the administration of assessments, diagnosis evaluation, and implementation of treatment, for their mental health issues. She is experienced in collaborating with other multidisciplinary teams to ensure patients are supported wholly.
Ummu holds a Bachelors of Human Sciences (Psychology) from International Islamic University Malaysia and Masters of Clinical Psychology Status from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) .
She uses Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy in her sessions.
She speaks Bahasa Melayu & English.

Amni is a Clinical Psychologist with experience working in a government, private, and NGO setting. Although her main therapeutic approaches are Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy, she prefers using an eclectic approach to create a plan that is best for her clients. She has worked with people from various populations and does her best to help them alleviate their symptoms.
Amni holds a Masters of Human Sciences in Psychology (Clinical and Counseling), from IIUM and dedicated to support others to live meaningful lives. She speaks Bahasa Melayu & English.

Syamimi is a Clinical Psychologist who is very passionate in spreading awareness about mental health and promoting the importance of mental health. Her main priorities are to make psychological assessments and interventions accessible to everyone and assist them in improving their quality of life.
During her practicum, she was trained under the experienced and best Clinical Psychologists for a year. She was placed in the hospital and private centre. Furthermore, Syamimi handled every type of psychological disorders and cases, such as neuro-developmental disorders, personality disorders, mood disorders and many more. She’s here for you and intend to provide the best safe space for you.
Syamimi holds a Masters of Clinical Psychology from USM-UPSI and dedicated to serving and giving back to society.

Pei Lim journeys with individuals during uncertain and challenging times. She is dedicated to therapeutically supporting individuals and young adults in their unique concerns (particularly on relationship with self, others and emotions) one conversation at a time; one person at a time.
Pei Lim had worked with individuals and groups on developing their capacity to address and prevent child sexual abuse via workshops and case management, which paves the way for her to support individuals afflicted by trauma as a counsellor.
Additionally, she also works in the healthcare access field in which she supports patients diagnosed with cancer to have better access to affordable healthcare treatment. Both her work in the mental health and healthcare access field enables her to have a deeper appreciation of the poignancy, wonder and meaning of living, dying and loss.
Pei Lim holds a Masters of Counselling from Help University Malaysia and has been supporting individuals in various sectors.
She practices Reality Therapy and Schema Therapy (Mode Modal) in her sessions. She speaks English & Mandarin.

She has a unique approach to counselling, combining traditional techniques with innovative and evidence-based approaches in a safe and supportive environment.
Mimie holds a Master’s Degree in Counselling and Guidance from Universiti Putra Malaysia and has extensive experience in the mental health field. She is the Managing Director of MINDAKAMI.
She uses Emotional-Focused Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy in her session. She speaks Bahasa Melayu & English.
