Trainee Therapist
We provide:

- Participate in peer/ therapist supervision
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Completing or completed your practicum
- Currently pursuing Masters Degree in Counselling, Counselling Psychology, or Guidance and Counselling, or Clinical Psychology at an accredited university.
- Working closely with your university supervisor.
- Able to do a minimum of five (5) therapy sessions per week.
- Able to stay with us for at least four (4) months.
- Able to speak in Bahasa Melayu and at least one additional language
Registered Therapist
All positions as a registered therapist have been filled.

Volunteer

- Assist MINDAKAMI’s team in events, marketing and publications.

Frequently Asked Questions
Internship
MINDAKAMI only accepts internship placement from accredited schools or universities (pre universities, diploma and degree), from any courses. We are looking for interns who are:
- Passionate about disability rights, neurodiversity, mental health or human rights.
- Posses unique skills such as communication, social media management, design, copywriting, research, etc.
- Able to commit to flexible working hours.
If you are high school student (16-18 years old), you must be able to commit for a minimum of one month.
If you are university student (19-24 years old), you must be able to commit for a minimum of three months.
A flexible working hours with a minimum 6 hours per day for four days per week.
Normal working days (5 days, 8 working hours) will be considered if it is required by the university.
Work-from-home (WFH) refers to the flexibility of working from home. MINDAKAMI are working remotely. We will only consider the applications from those who prefer to work from home.
MINDAKAMI is a mental health initiative that primarily generates income through mental health services. In order to maintain our operations, management, and administrative processes, we are currently unable to provide any remuneration except for internet bills.
